Shipping:

We offer free shipping on all orders over £20. Our standard shipping usually takes 2 - 3 days if ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday. However, during the Christmas please leave 3 - 7 days to receive your order.

Orders made at the weekend will be processed on Monday morning. Some order may take longer depending on the product being ordered and the delivery location. Please check the delivery times within the product page.

Returns:

We offer a 14 day returns and exchange policy. If you are unhappy with the product for any reason please get in touch by emailing us at: support@wallowblankets.com OR reach out via our chat function at the bottom right of your screen.

If you would like to exchange your product for another on our store you can do this by getting in touch. Please note that all products need to be returned within it's original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Providing there are no issues with the condition of your return, then your refund/ exchange will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method used to make the purchase, or the exchange will be dispatched within 5 working days.

If you would like to exchange your item for a product that is of greater value then we will issue a full refund and process the order as a new order.
